10. Queen Mary 2 & Kennel-Specific Policies (If Applicable)

For Cunard Queen Mary 2 voyages involving kennel bookings:

  • If you book a sailing within final payment, Cunard does not waive penalties if kennel space is unavailable.

  • You are solely responsible for preparing pet documentation, health forms, vaccinations, and any governmental requirements.

  • Failure to meet entry requirements may result in denied boarding with no refund.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Wyoming state or federal courts.
